Tax bills are on their way

Just in case you were worried, your property tax bills are on there way to mailboxes soon.

Yes- there are very sizable tax increases.

Pleasant Prairie residents will pay about $157 more this year than last.

I know that our government, both state and local, continue to tell folks that the increase in their taxes, isn't really a tax increase.

Tell that to the folks that cannot afford $157 more a year.

So what will you get for that extra $157?

Better schools?

Better roads?

Don't count on it.
