Wausau Daily Herald-
State Senate Democrats plan to reintroduce a version of the near-universal health insurance plan for Wisconsinites early next year, Sen. Russ Decker said Thursday.
The Senate majority leader said legislators are rewriting parts of the Healthy Wisconsin bill to ease the burden on small business owners and families earning two incomes before they bring the bill back to the committee.
Unfortunately, even with the Democrats attempt to ease the burden on small businesses and two income families, there is still the problem with $15 Billion in income tax increases.
