It is the Vatican, for heaven's sake

Now, I am not Catholic, but watching this gamesmanship by the Democrats is really aggravating.

The Democrats are blocking this nomination because the candidate nominated by Bush, Harvard Law School Professor Mary Ann Glendon, is pro-life.

Of course the Vatican and the Pope himself, are also pro-life. It certainly stands to reason that Bush would not nominate someone who is pro-abortion. For heaven's sake, this would go against the teachings of the Vatican.

Would the Vatican even accept a US Ambassador who is pro abortion?

For heaven's sake, this do-nothing Democrat Congress cannot get a single thing accomplished.

They let their hatred for President Bush drive their agenda!

I understand that Democrats hate Bush, but this is ridiculous!
