Volume 2- I support Paul Bucher because...

Today's reason that I support Paul Bucher comes from me.

I support Paul Bucher because the man actually looks me in the eye when he talks to me. I know it seems like such a little trivial thing to some, but it is important to others.

Being short, I am sensitive to the fact that some people may actually be speaking to me, but never actually looking at me. Politicians are bad about doing this. They are constantly scanning the crowd looking for someone more important to speak with. They are constantly looking above my head and scanning the crowd. I absolutely hate that.

Politicians really need to remember this. We are the people that will get you elected. Pay attention!!!

Another reason I support Paul is that he is actually involved in the conversation. He does not try to constantly push the conversation in the direction that he wants it to go. This is something else that politicians have a tendency to do. It is like they decide before they walk into a room what their talking points for the day will be, there is nothing a normal person can do to get them off of their talking points.

I mean, for Pete’s sake, we already heard your speech; maybe we want to talk about the Packers or something else just as trivial. If we have questions about something political, do not worry, we will ask you.

Paul Bucher is one of the most non-political politicians that I know. That is very refreshing after months and months of hearing the same speeches from the same people.
