Drinking and driving- when does it stop?
Three innocent young men died at the hands of a drunk driver this weekend-
Two of Sia Her's sons, Ju Her, 22, and Pelg Her, 17, both of the 5200 block of N. 58th St., and their cousin, Anthony Herr, 17, of the 7900 block of W. Mill Road, were killed early Saturday on their way home from a visit to a haunted house by a suspected drunken driver. The Hers' 23-year-old brother, Touyia Her, was in critical condition at Froedtert on Saturday night.
We all know drinking and driving is against the law and yet, millions across America continue to do it. Why?
It is time to prevent drinking and driving.

I would think that everyone would agree with your sentiment about not drinking and driving. If you want to mandate the installation of a breathlyzer as part of the ignition system of cars and trucks, that would be one way. Short of that or Prohibition again, what are the alternatives?
