It's not about the snow

Whenever a snow storm is headed our way, sometimes the media blows it out of proportion.

Not this time.

Folks, it is not the snow that is going to be the problem.

It is the ice.

SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS CENTRAL AND
PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST WISCONSIN SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL
MIX WITH SLEET...RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN SATURDAY NIGHT.
PRECIPITATION WILL TAPER OFF TO LIGHT RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE
LATE SATURDAY NIGHT. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
6 TO 10 INCHES BEFORE THE CHANGEOVER...WITH LESSER AMOUNTS NEAR
THE BAY OF GREEN BAY.

Now there are plenty of people that live here in Wisconsin that falsely assume that they can drive in anything.

NOBODY can drive on ICE!

I don't care if you have chains, special tires, or an SUV- you cannot drive on ice.

Stay safe everyone and do the smart thing.
