Senator Clinton's socialism rears its ugly head again. She has decided that she will be taking the profits from the oil companies-
"I want to take those profits, and I want to put them into a strategic energy fund."

Really, the oil companies are making too much money, so Senator Clinton believes that the Democrats and the US government are entitled to that money.
This is a Hugo Chavez (Venezuelan Dictator) move. He too, is taking the profits from oil companies in Venezuela.
