Almost half of America, according to Pew Research, are tired of Obama mania. They have seen enough.
This should not come as a shock to anyone.
After another poll last week where a majority of Americans think the media is in the tank for Obama, is it any wonder that Americans are now tired of seeing him on TV.
It is not just Republicans that are sick of seeing Obama, but even 34% of Democrats are tired of it, along with 51% of Independents.
The same cannot be said about McCain. In fact more people believe there has been too little coverage of McCain.
Imagine what this will mean in the next few weeks. There convention, along with the wall to wall coverage is coming up. This is supposed to be a uplifting moment for the candidate. It should give a candidate a lift. Will Americans begin to tune out when they see Obama?
The media, in their angst to help Obama win an election, may have actually hurt his chances. They have so overly exposed Obama, that Americans have already had enough of him and there is still 3 months to go before the election.
One thing is for sure, Americans do not like being told what to do and the media is trying to force Obama on all of us.
We will see how that plays out over the next few months.
