This is great news.
The Supreme Court upheld the nationwide ban on a controversial abortion procedure Wednesday, handing abortion opponents the long-awaited victory they expected from a more conservative bench.
The 5-4 ruling said the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act that Congress passed and President Bush signed into law in 2003 does not violate a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion.
Anyone not understanding what partial birth abortion is, here is a description-
The procedure at issue involves partially removing the fetus intact from a woman’s uterus, then crushing or cutting its skull to complete the abortion.
Abortion opponents say the law will not reduce the number of abortions performed because an alternate method — dismembering the fetus in the uterus — is available and, indeed, much more common.

NOT killing a baby is awesome news
You forgot about when they stick a sharp instrument into the back of their skull and suck out their brains. Of course, it's not really a baby, just a fetus. Anybody that thinks that has obviously never had a baby or is so self-righteous they have no concern for life.
If you'd ask a lot of pro-choice people a few questions it would show they aren't in favor of abortion in many cases. Like partial birth abortions. They would also say a woman shouldn't get an abortion if it's for financial reasons, or bad timing, or for gender selection (which is a whole other topic, don't get me started on,) deformities, or many other reasons. So in general most people are pro-life, but they say they are pro-choice because they believe a woman should be able to have an abortion in cases of rape, incest or the health of the mother. Those circumstances only account for about 1% of the abortions that happen in this country. If the biased media and liberal pro-choicers would actually let those facts out I believe there would be many more changes in the abortion laws. But we all know that is not going to happen.
And for anyone that is facing an unplanned pregnancy in high school or college, there are many options out there that DON'T involve abortion. I believe the stigma behind an unplanned pregnancy is far different that it was years ago. If that was known to many pregnant teenagers/ college-aged women they would opt for adoption. If I or any of my friends knew a girl that was having a baby, not an abortion, and giving up the baby for adoption the applause she would get would be deafening. It is so hard to adopt a baby in this country since Roe vs. Wade. It's so sad to see so many couples wanting a baby and not being able to, or having to go overseas because of abortion.
When I hear pro-choicers say that it's not a baby, I ask them when does it become a baby? Any good pro-lifer can throw a wrench into a pro-choicer's rationalization of killing an innocent baby.
Now I will get off my soap box and play with my children who were never thought of as "fetuses" but as beautiful babies.
