The guy keeps getting elected for a couple of reasons. He is black. The black community just don't care what he does as long as he is black.
He plays the race card. This gets all whites to give him a pass on what ever he does least they be called racists.
And the beat goes on.
If McJackson, Doyle and Peg go away we will still have the fodder of Feingold and RINOs to blog about.
