Well, it's too late for the 3,100+ American soldiers who died and the many, many thousands of innocent Iraqi men, women, and children who were killed (lots of those through our actions) but today's vote is at least a start at regaining some of the stature this country enjoyed before Bush was president. The plan that passed doesn't go far enough, but it's a start. So, you can count me as someone celebrating.
