Not Guilty!

Try as they might- the MSM and the Democrats could not convict Karl Rove of a crime, especially without any evidence of a crime being committed.

Top White House aide Karl Rove has been told by prosecutors he won’t be charged with any crimes in the investigation into leak of a CIA officer's identity, his lawyer said Tuesday.

Here is the rest of the story.

Not guilty applies to a trial not being cleared by an investigation. Also given his colorful history, it is not beyond the realm of possibility that he did help leak the information but did it in a way that was not in violation of any law. Also he avoided many a politicians downfall, being caught in a coverup.

Yes, Jeff, you are right. You and I both know that the media and the
Democrats had tried and convicted Karl Rove.

Karl Rove and George Bush have had to endure this stuff for three solid years. This all began in June 2003.

It is impossible for Rove to "leak" a covert agent's name, if the agent is not covert. The only evidence that Plame was covert was provided by her husband. I have seen no other compelling evidence that Plame was covert.
